Valley ENT Allergy Center Hours and Appointments The Valley ENT Sinus & Allergy Center accepts most major insurances. Referrals are welcome but are not required. Office hours are: Monday through Thursday - 8 am to 11:30 am and 1:30 pm to 4:30 pm. Saturdays - 8 am to 11:30 am. For more information call (570)-718-0848 to schedule an appointment. After-Hours Calls After-hours calls should be limited to emergencies. In the event of an emergency, please call (570)-283-0524. If it is a life-threatening emergency, please dial 911. |
Fees & Insurance We request payment at the time of service by cash or check. Co-payments are also due at the time services are rendered. If co-payment is not paid, there will be a service charge for billing. As a courtesy, we will file your insurance at no charge. The bill, however, is ultimately your responsibility. Please remember that your insurance is a contract between you and your insurance company. We participate in most insurance plans. To verify our participation in your plan, please call our office at (570)-283-0524. If you are a Medicare patient, we will file your claim for you. Since we are a Medicare participating provider, we will not bill you for amounts that exceed the Medicare approved charge. However, you are responsible for all non-covered services and for the Medicare coinsurance and deductible amounts. We look forward to serving you! |
