Colleen Reed, Valley ENT Practice Administrator Colleen is a graduate of Pittston Area High School. She received an Associate Degree in Administration at Luzerne County Community College. Colleen has been office manager at Valley ENT for over twenty years.

Heather R. Paduck, M.S., PA-C Physician's Assistant Heather is a graduate of Tunkhannock High School. She attended College Miseracordia for 3 1/2 years, and then transferred to King's College where she completed her BS degree and PA certification. She received a Master of Science Degree in Healthcare Sciences from George Washington University.

Lauren A. Steve, Au.D.,CCC-A Audiologist
Dr. Steve, a certified Clinical Audiologist received her Masters and Doctoral degrees in Audiology from Bloomsburg University. She completed a doctoral thesis on the study of speech recognition in noisy environments using dual-microphone hearing aids. Dr. Steve has expertise in hearing evaluations. In addition, she has extensive experience in fitting high quality, digital, programmable hearing aids. She has worked as an audiologist in private practice as well as in a university setting.

Barbara Jones, RN Allergy Nurse
Barbara graduated from Wyoming Valley West High School and Wilkes College with a BS in Nursing. She has taken advanced courses in critical care and worked as a critical care nurse in the ICU at General Hospital. She has extensive experience as an allergy nurse and has expertise in skin testing and immunotherapy.

Mary M. Leedock, LPN Allergy Nurse
Mary attended Wilkes-Barre Area Vocational Technical School where she received a degree in Practical Nursing, and has taken additional nursing courses at Luzerne County Community College. Mary worked at Mercy Hospital Medical/Surgical unit for eight years as well as for Dr. Panzer and Dr. Gernhardt.

Michael Tramontana MS, CCC-SLP Speech - Language Pathologist
Mr. Tramontana is a graduate of Georgia Southern University where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Exceptional Child/Special Education. He then attended Penn State University at University Park and was awarded a Master of Science Degree in Communication Disorders / Speech Language Pathology. He has expertise in the evaluation and treatment of children and adolescents with articulation, fluency and language disorders as well as adults with voice disorders and swallowing disorders secondary to strokes, chronic neurological conditions, traumatic brain injuries and aging.
