Dr. Barras is a graduate of Wyoming Seminary High School, a cum laude graduate of Brandeis University and received his medical training at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine and Montefiore Medical Center in New York City. Dr. Barras is a past president of the Nesbitt Hospital and currently serves as president of the Surgical Specialty Center, Forty Fort, PA. Dr. Barras is Board Certified in Otolaryngology and sees patients of all ages, ranging from newborns to geriatric. He treats a wide range of ear, nose and throat disorders including ear infections, hearing loss, vertigo and dizziness, nasal and sinus disorders, swallowing, voice disorders and throat problems, and allergy. Dr. Barras also has expertise in medical-legal evaluation of hearing loss.

Dean M. Clerico, MD

Dean M. Clerico, MD., Nasal and Sinus Specialist Dr. Clerico is a graduate of Johns Hopkins University. He attended the New Jersey Medical School, where he also did his residency in Otolaryngology. He completed fellowship training in Endoscopic Sinus Surgery at the University of Pennsylvania. Prior to joining Valley ENT, Dr. Clerico served as Assistant Professor and faculty member in the Department of Otolaryngology at the University of Pennsylvania. He has presented original research at numerous national and international meetings and has published many articles and chapters in the medical literature. He has been recognized for his excellence by being repeatedly selected as one of the "Best Doctors in America." Dr. Clerico is board certified in Otolaryngology and specializes in the treatment of Sinus Disorders.

Michael A. Freiman, MD

Michael A. Freiman, MD
Dr. Freiman is a graduate of Mid-Valley High School where he was valedictorian and a Magna Cum Laude graduate from The University of Scranton in 1994. He received his medical degree from The Pennsylvania State University College of Medicine at Hershey. Dr. Freiman completed his internship and residency at The University of Wisconsin in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery, where he received the Resident Educator Award for his excellence in teaching. A recipient of The United States Air Force Health Professions Scholarship, Dr. Freiman just completed his active duty obligation at Langley Air Force Base, VA, where he also served as a faculty member at the Portsmouth Naval Medical Center’s residency program in otolaryngology. Dr. Freiman is board certified in otolaryngology, treats patients of all ages and a wide variety of clinical and surgical conditions affecting the ear, nose and throat.
